A short, sharp weekend climb to the most famous ridge in the Dhauladhars. Camp at 2,875 m, wake up to the snow wall going gold at sunrise. We even throw in a hotel to freshen up before the trail.

Day 01 · Saturday
Arrive, Bhagsu, trek to Triund
Freshen up + breakfastTrek upStay: Triund camp
Morning arrival in Dharamshala. A hotel stop to freshen up with hot shower and breakfast, then a quick look at Bhagsu waterfall and McLeodganj before the trail. By afternoon we drive to Gallu Devi and climb to the Triund ridge (~7 km, 4 to 5 hrs) through oak and rhododendron. Camp at 2,875 m, watch the Dhauladhar wall turn pink, bonfire and hot dinner under the stars.

Day 02 · Sunday
Sunrise, trek down, head back

Up early for the moment everyone comes for: first light hitting the snow line, the whole range glowing. Breakfast at camp, then trek back down, lighter and faster. Time to relax over coffee in McLeodganj, plus a complimentary Himachali dish and a special gift send off from Team Nirvana. Board the bus in the evening for the overnight return.
